You may cancel your order at any time up to 14 days after you order has been delivered. You must return all goods in a saleable condition. We will cancel your order if we are unable to supply the goods you ordered or, due to error or system failure, you have been inadvertently offered goods at substantially below cost price.

Refunds are made within 3 days of receiving the returned goods. It may take a further 5 - 10 days for the money to be available on your credit card or bank account.

We promise never to sell or give your personnel details to any third party. Personnel details are only collected when you make a purchase. Your name, address, phone number and details of your order are stored by us. This information is kept in an encrypted form on a secure computer that is not accessible from the Internet. Your credit card details are collected on our behalf by our payment service providers, Protx/Sagepay. As one of the UK's leading payment service provider they have the expertise, resources and experience to handle your card details with the highest levels of care and security. Protx/Sagepay will not share this information with anyone - not even us.

Orders that can be satisfied from stock are normally dispatched on the next working day after your order is placed. Our courier will usually deliver your order on the next working day. If your order something that is not in stock we will email you and advise you a date when we will be able to deliver. All delivery dates given in your Order Acknowledgement are estimates and you agree that we will not be liable for failure to meet these estimated delivery dates. You will be given a firm delivery date when you are sent an Order Confirmation. You agree that our liability for failure to meet a firm delivery date is limited to twice the cost you were charged for delivery. We may not deliver to an address other than the one where your credit/debit card is registered. We will let you know within one working day and offer a full refund if you are not happy with our decision.

Goods must be returned in a saleable condition and must not have been used unless the item is faulty. Please enclose a copy of your invoice and contact details when returning goods. For your own protection we strongly advise you to return goods using recorded delivery.
